A DENTAL INDUSTRY CONGRESS FEATURING TOP SPEAKERS AND LIVE DEMONSTRATIONS
The EMS Congress 2023 took place at BMW Welt in Munich, bringing together dental professionals including dentists, prophylaxis assistants, and dental hygienists. As long-standing partners of EMS Germany, we regularly document their annual congresses, as well as various business photo shoots and events for marketing and advertising purposes.
The day began with a relaxed get-together and breakfast, followed by a series of specialist presentations and panel discussions highlighting the latest developments and insights in the dental sector.

AN INSPIRING KEYNOTE
A special highlight was the keynote by Denise Schindler, Paralympic gold medalist and inspirational speaker. Known by her nickname "Killer Bee," she has an impressive career in para-cycling and overcame early adversity to become one of the world's top athletes. Her personal story and motivational speech captivated the audience.
Between presentations, high-quality culinary breaks provided by Feinkost Käfer offered guests exceptional meals and afternoon coffee breaks.
Another popular attraction was the interactive photo wall, where guests posed with 3D letters and decorative elements, creating memorable souvenirs.
The congress concluded in the evening after a day of knowledge transfer, inspiration, and networking.
CHALLENGES & TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATIONS
Lighting Conditions: The conference hall featured intense pink and purple lighting, challenging but fitting the EMS brand colors. Balancing stage and ambient lighting was essential for harmonious imagery.
Photo Wall Setup: Our task involved effectively staging both individual and group photos at the photo wall simultaneously with presentations and networking photos, while optimally incorporating brand elements.

CONCLUSION
