A CONGRESS FOR THE DENTAL INDUSTRY WITH TOP-CLASS SPEAKERS AND LIVE DEMONSTRATIONS
The EMS Congress 2023 took place at BMW Welt Munich and brought together dental professionals, including dentists, prophylaxis assistants, and dental hygienists. As a long-standing partner of EMS Germany, we not only support the annual congresses, but also numerous business photoshoots and events for marketing and promotional materials.
The day began with a relaxed get-together and breakfast, before a series of expert presentations and panel discussions highlighted the latest developments and findings in the dental industry.

EINE BEEINDRUCKENDE KEYNOTE
Ein besonderes Highlight war die Keynote von Denise Schindler, Paralympics-Goldmedaillengewinnerin und inspirierende Rednerin. Unter ihrem Spitznamen „Killerbiene“ ist sie bekannt für ihre beeindruckende Karriere als Para-Radsportlerin, bei der sie sich nach einem frühen Schicksalsschlag als eine der besten Athletinnen weltweit etablierte. Ihre Geschichte und ihre Motivation begeisterten das Publikum.
Zwischen den Vorträgen gab es hochwertige kulinarische Pausen, betreut von Feinkost Käfer, mit einem erstklassigen Mittagessen und nachmittäglichen Coffee-Breaks.
Ein weiteres Highlight war die interaktive Fotowand, an der Gäste mit 3D-Buchstaben und Deko-Elementen posieren konnten – ein beliebtes Feature, das viele Teilnehmer gerne nutzten.
Der Kongress endete am Abend nach einem Tag voller Wissenstransfer, Inspiration und Austausch.
CHALLENGES AND TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION
Lighting conditions : The conference hall was illuminated with intense pink and purple light, which was challenging but in keeping with EMS's brand color. The balance between stage lighting and ambient light had to be carefully tuned to achieve a harmonious visual effect.
Photo wall implementation : The challenge was to effectively stage individual and group photos on the photo wall in parallel to the lecture program and the networking photos during the breaks and at the same time to optimally integrate the brand elements.

CONCLUSION
The EMS Congress 2023 at BMW Welt Munich was an important industry meeting place for dental professionals. With top-class speakers, interactive program items, and inspiring moments, the event offered knowledge transfer at the highest level.
For us as a long-standing partner of EMS Germany, it was once again an exciting task to authentically capture the special atmosphere of the congress and document it in high-quality images.
