UNIQUE MOMENTS CAPTURED FOREVER
For over a decade, we have documented the festive graduation ceremonies of Fresenius University. Each year, changing venues and diverse technical conditions present new challenges and distinctive moments.
In spring 2025, the event was held at the MAN Truck Forum—a modern venue providing ample space, appealing ambiance, and a professional stage that offered optimal photographic conditions for this special event.

EVENT FLOW
The day was split into two separate events, each celebrating graduates from two of the four institutions (Fresenius University, Charlotte Fresenius University, AMD Academy of Fashion & Design, Carl Remigius Medical School). The festive program included a get-together, emotional speeches, honors for outstanding graduates, and the traditional hat toss. The highlight was the personal presentation of diplomas on stage, accompanied by professional individual portraits.
Between ceremonies and afterward, informal receptions featuring champagne and snacks allowed for personal interactions and emotional moments, all attentively documented.

Precision timing: Capturing each diploma presentation optimally required perfect timing, exact positioning, and precise lighting, with mere seconds to achieve authentic, high-quality portraits.

Flexibility and experience: Annual changes in venues demand adaptability regarding lighting and spatial conditions. This year's event at the MAN Truck Forum provided optimal conditions for detailed, emotional documentation.

Customized on-site solutions: Depending on event requirements, our team size varies—from an experienced duo to a solo photographer. Before photo booths became standard, we provided printed diploma presentation photos directly to graduates at the event.

CONCLUSION
For the graduates, this day marks the emotional highlight of their academic journey.
