AN EXCLUSIVE SUMMER EVENT FOR STRABAG SID IN MUNICH
Strabag SID, a subsidiary of Strabag AG based in Stuttgart, invited its employees to an extraordinary corporate event in Munich. The summer festival at Galopprennbahn München-Riem provided the perfect setting for an unforgettable get-together with teambuilding activities, networking, and culinary highlights.
Our task: Complete event photography and videography including drone footage and an innovative live image projection onto the venue's large screen.

EVENT SCHEDULE
Reception & Get-Together
The afternoon began with a relaxed get-together. Guests were welcomed with a flying buffet and refreshing drinks.
Tablet-Based Scavenger Hunt as a Teambuilding Activity
A special highlight was the innovative tablet-based scavenger hunt across the expansive area around the racetrack. Guests were divided into teams and had to solve various fun tasks and locate points of interest.
We documented this activity with a flexible photo and video concept to capture authentic moments while teams were spread across the grounds.
AWARD CEREMONY AND EVENING PROGRAM
After returning to the venue, a celebratory award ceremony followed, drawing applause and enthusiasm. The evening program then continued with a buffet dinner, short speeches, and a keynote speaker who enriched the evening with humor.
Later, the party portion of the evening began. We documented it briefly to ensure guests had the privacy they needed to enjoy a relaxed and sociable celebration.

TECHNICAL FEATURES & CHALLENGES
Live Image Projection on the Big Screen
A key innovation was the live projection onto the venue’s large screen. Selected impressions were edited minimally and transmitted in near-real time during the event. This allowed guests to relive their experiences almost instantly – a unique visual feedback loop.
Photography & Videography under demanding conditions
The challenge was to master the lighting conditions across indoor and outdoor areas used simultaneously and to capture the scavenger hunt in a way that thoroughly documented team activities at each station. Thanks to close coordination between the photo and video teams, we were able to cover all essential moments – including drone footage of the teams from above.
